Events
Conferences, festivals, ticketed gatherings, venue operators. Date-driven funnels with hard sell-out targets.
The playbook · Events
Meta + TikTok pre-sale + early bird
Ticket sales are a curve, not a moment. We build the pre-sale and early-bird phases that fill the base early, then scale spend against pace as the date approaches.
Lookalikes off prior years
Last year's buyers are the best predictor of this year's. Audiences are built from your own historical attendee data, then expanded to people who look like them.
Geo + interest + creator partners
Geographic layers for drive-market reach, interest layers for the right crowd, and creator partnerships where the audience lives on someone else's feed.
Daily pace-to-sell-out reporting
Events run on a countdown. Reporting runs daily against your sell-out target: tickets sold, cost per ticket, projected finish. You know by Tuesday whether Saturday is going to fill.

Questions · Events
- Our event is in four months. Is that enough time?
Yes. The pre-sale phase is where most of the base gets built; four months allows a full pre-sale, early-bird, and general-sale sequence.
- Can you use our past attendee data?
That is the most valuable asset you have. Prior-year buyers become the seed for lookalike audiences and the first list for pre-sale.
- How do you report during the sale window?
Daily. Tickets sold, cost per ticket, and projected finish against your sell-out target, so pacing decisions happen mid-campaign, not in the post-mortem.
- What if tickets sell at the door, not online?
Door sales driven by the campaign are real but harder to track. We report online sales to the ticket and treat door lift as upside, and we are explicit about which is which.
- Do you handle non-digital media?
Yes. For the Cleveland Auto Show we run the entire buy: digital, TV, radio, and outdoor, with the majority in paid social. Case details are on the case studies page.
- Is this only for large events?
Conferences, festivals, consumer shows, and venue programming all fit. The playbook scales to the sell-out target.
Thirty minutes.
No deck.
Thirty minutes with Todd. Not a sales engineer, not a pitch deck. Tell him what you run, what you're trying to grow, and what you've already tried. You'll get a straight read on whether we can help, and if we can, a real proposal.
- 01We talk about your business. What you sell, where your calls and leads come from now, and what growth you're after.
- 02What you've tried. What's worked, what hasn't, and what it's been costing you.
- 03A straight answer. If you're already in good hands, we'll say so. If we're a fit, you'll get a proposal: priced, scoped, in writing.
