Challenge

Marcus Sebastian Renovations is a family-owned remodeling company in Avon Lake. It designs and builds kitchens, bathrooms and whole-home renovations on Cleveland's west side and across northern Ohio.

A remodel is a big decision. Homeowners take weeks or months to pick a contractor, and most inquiries never become a job. A signed remodel can be worth more than a year of advertising. So lead counts say little, and the only number that settles it is signed work.

Approach

We run Google Ads search campaigns and Local Services Ads, the Google ads with the Verified badge, on remodeling searches. We also manage the company's Google listing and its reviews.

Calls from the ads and forms from the website land in Avalanche 360 with their source attached. Calls are recorded and summarized.

Signed estimates and invoices from the company's own QuickBooks are matched back to the call or form that started each job. That way the program is judged on signed work, not on lead counts.

Outcome

Across the engagement so far, signed work from our channels adds up to 5.9 times the total investment. The investment is every invoice since July 2025: our fees plus ad spend. The return counts only signed work that started with a call from our Google ads or a lead from the Google listing. Home shows and other sources we do not run are left out.

The dollar amounts are not published. Remodels take months to sell, so the return is counted when a job signs, not when the phone rings.
