B2B · Bilz USA · Vibration isolation and machine leveling · Nationwide
Ten product lines, one $1,000 budget: 201 engineering inquiries at $55 each.
Challenge
Bilz USA sells anti-vibration mounts, leveling wedges, isolation pads, air springs, and active isolation systems to plant managers, lab directors, and engineers. The account we inherited spent a small budget on generic terms with no line between a $40 pad inquiry and an active isolation project.
The buyers are technical and the products are specific. A search for a precision leveling wedge and a search for foundation isolation are different customers, and the ads, landing pages, and tracking had to reflect that on a budget of roughly $47 a day.
Approach
The account was rebuilt into ten groups, one per product line, each tied to its catalog page: isolation pads, active isolation systems, isolated tables, isolated platforms, foundation isolation, engineering solutions, leveling feet, precision wedges, rubber air springs, and membrane air springs with position control.
Every inquiry type counts: contact form, product finder, product inquiry, website lead form, phone call, and live chat, each one tracked. Leads land in Avalanche 360 and the company's HubSpot so quotes can be traced back to the keyword and spend that produced them.
Outcome
From October 2025 to September 2026 the account produced 201 inquiries on $11,122, $55 each. 6.3% of the people who saw an ad clicked it. August 2026 was the best month at 28 inquiries for $32 each.
An inquiry is a tracked form, call, or chat from the site, not a quote or an order. Order values are not synced to the reporting.
