B2B · A-WALL · Modular in-plant offices · Nationwide
169 quote requests. $272K closed so far. $2.4M still in play.
Challenge
A-WALL has built modular offices and in-plant building systems since 1978 and sells them through material handling dealers across the country. The buyer is a plant manager, facility engineer, or general contractor with a floor to reconfigure, and the sale runs through a quote, a consultation, and manufacturing.
Search for these products attracts noise: residential DIY, shipping-container projects, teardown and relocation jobs the company does not do. The owner measures the program on quoted pipeline in the CRM, not on clicks, so a lead that wastes a dealer's time counts against it.
Approach
Each campaign is built around one product line: prefabricated in-plant offices, cleanroom enclosures, mezzanine-mounted rooms, industrial partition walls. A maintained list of excluded search terms keeps homeowner and off-target searches out. A Texas regional campaign was added in June 2026 for the San Antonio and Houston industrial corridors.
Form submissions are captured with their campaign and search term and assigned directly to the authorized dealer or territory salesperson who processes the formal quote, so the source travels with the lead into the CRM.
Outcome
From October 2025 to September 2026 the ads produced 169 quote requests on $48,537 of spend, $287 each. July 2026 was the best month: 22 requests at $245 each.
What those requests turned into, from A-WALL's own pipeline: 10 closed orders worth $271,819 so far, and 62 open quotes worth $2.4M still being worked. That is $272K closed on $48,537 of ad spend, a 5.6X return on closed orders alone, before anything still open lands.
These are A-WALL's numbers as their team keeps them in their pipeline, tagged by the source of each lead. Deals here take months, so the closed figure keeps rising after the ad spend that produced it. Lost and abandoned quotes are not counted.
