Challenge

216 Dental Group is a modern practice in Lyndhurst, Ohio that wants to be the family's dentist for the long run, with pediatric care as the growth priority. The ad accounts we inherited in February 2026 reported healthy conversion numbers that were not conversions at all: landing page views and similar events were being counted alongside calls.

The practice needed two things at once: honest numbers, and spend pointed at the patients it could actually serve, with the insurance plans it accepts and the dentists' schedules deciding which inquiries were worth buying.

Approach

The first job was the tracking. Every inherited conversion event that was not a phone call or an appointment request was removed, so the account measures calls and form fills only. That reset makes the February numbers unusable for comparison, which is why this case starts in March.

Google Ads search and Local Services Ads run together for the Lyndhurst area, with budget shifted month by month toward the campaigns producing pediatric appointment requests. Calls are recorded and reviewed, so insurance mismatches and out-of-scope requests are separated from real demand instead of inflating or deflating the count.

Outcome

From March to September 2026 the account produced 964 tracked patient inquiries on $30,941, $32 per inquiry. May was the best month at 204 inquiries for $25 each, and the ads for the core search terms showed at the top of the page 72% of the time over the year.

An inquiry is a tracked call or appointment request, not a confirmed appointment. Booking happens at the front desk and is not synced to the reporting.
